Signing in to Moi, step by step
This page is published by an independent information portal — we are not the operator, and we have no access to player accounts. The account itself lives at the operator: only Moi's own support team can restore access, unblock an account or verify your identity. You can read more about the platform on the Moi overview page.
Signing in follows the same basic route used by any online platform. Before you start, make sure you have the e-mail address and password you used when you registered.
- Open the Moi platform directly in your browser — type the address or use a bookmark you created yourself.
- Locate the sign-in button on the operator's site and click it.
- Enter the e-mail address you registered with, then your password.
- Submit the form and wait for your account dashboard to load.
If you do not have an account yet, registration also takes place at the operator's own site — not through this portal.
Recovering a forgotten password
If you cannot remember your password, use the password-reset option on the Moi sign-in page. The operator will send a reset link to the e-mail address registered on your account. Click the link, follow the prompts, and set a new password.
If the e-mail address you used at registration is no longer accessible to you — because you have changed provider, lost access, or the inbox is closed — contact Moi's support team directly. Reach them by e-mail at [email protected] or via the live chat button available to logged-in users at the bottom right of the operator's screen. Explain the situation and be ready to verify your identity with documentation the operator may ask for.
What to do when sign-in fails
Most sign-in failures come down to one of a short list of causes. Work through them before contacting support:
- Wrong credentials — check that Caps Lock is off and that you are using the e-mail address linked to your Moi account, not a different one.
- Unverified account — Moi requires identity verification before a withdrawal can be processed, and in some cases an unverified account may be restricted. Check for any e-mails from the operator asking you to complete KYC.
- Browser or session issue — clear your browser cache, try a private/incognito window, or switch to a different browser entirely.
- Regional restriction — if you are accessing the platform from a location where the operator does not operate, sign-in may be refused.
- Self-exclusion in force — if you previously requested a self-exclusion or cool-off period, the block is deliberate. See the section below on account blocks.
Signing in from a phone
Moi's platform runs in a mobile browser — open it exactly as you would on a desktop: navigate directly to the operator's address, tap the sign-in button, and enter your registered e-mail and password. Your account, your balance and your history are the same ones you access on any device. No separate app or different set of credentials is required.
Good to know: if you are signed in on a shared or public device, always sign out before closing the browser tab. A session left open gives anyone who picks up the device access to your account.
Account blocks and restrictions
Some blocks are the result of the operator's own processes; others are put in place at your own request. The table below sets out the main causes and what follows from each.
| Cause | What happens |
|---|---|
| Identity verification outstanding | Withdrawals are held until documents are submitted and approved. Sign-in may still work, but the account is restricted. |
| Inactivity | Accounts inactive for 12 months or more are considered dormant; an administrative fee of up to $10 is deducted monthly from the remaining balance. |
| Cool-off period | A voluntary temporary break requested through Moi's responsible gambling tools. The account is inaccessible for the duration. |
| Self-exclusion | A definite or permanent closure requested by the player. Access is removed for the period chosen. This is not a login error — it is a deliberate measure. |
Self-exclusion is not a technical fault. If you requested one and are now reconsidering, please speak to a support organisation before contacting the operator — GamCare's National Gambling Helpline is free and available around the clock on 0808 8020 133.
Contacting Moi support
If none of the steps above resolves the problem, reach the Moi support team directly. Two channels are available:
- E-mail: [email protected]
- Live chat: available via the message button at the bottom right of the operator's platform, for logged-in users
Before you write, have the following ready: the e-mail address on the account, roughly when the problem started, and the exact message or error you are seeing on screen. The operator aims to process requests within 1–3 business days, though a separate clause in its terms states that certain account actions are reviewed within two days.
Worth remembering: this portal has no access to your Moi account and cannot intervene on your behalf. All account matters — access, balances, bonuses, withdrawals — are handled exclusively by the operator.
Keeping your account access safe
A few habits reduce the chance of being locked out, or of someone else getting in:
- Always navigate to the Moi platform by typing the address yourself or using a bookmark you set — never follow a link in an unsolicited e-mail or message.
- Use a password you have not used on any other site. If you have reused it elsewhere, change it now.
- Sign out fully after each session, especially on a shared or public device.
- If you have children at home, parental-control software such as Net Nanny or Qustodio can prevent access to gambling platforms on shared devices.
Gambling should be something you choose, on your own terms, when it is enjoyable. If it starts to feel like an obligation, BeGambleAware offers free and confidential support. This platform is for players aged 18+.
