How the multiplier stacks up
If you deposit €200 and receive a 200% match, your bonus credit is €400. At 30x, you need to wager €12,000 before a withdrawal becomes available. That is the total stake across qualifying games, not the amount you need to win. The original €200 deposit sits in your real-money balance and is not subject to the same restriction — but the bonus money is ring-fenced until the requirement is met.
For a player in Estonia running the same example, the 50x rate pushes the required wagering to €20,000. Given the 3-day window, that is a significant daily staking pace for a recreational player. Worth factoring in before opting in.
Which games count — and which do not
Slots contribute 100% of every stake towards the wagering total, making them the most efficient route through the requirement. Jackpot titles contribute nothing — with one notable exception: Penguin King counts at 100% while all other jackpot games sit at 0%.
Live dealer games, table games, video poker, scratch games and virtual games also contribute 0%. Playing any of these while a bonus is active burns through your balance without moving the wagering counter. Winnings from free spins credit to the real-money balance and carry a 1x wagering requirement — straightforward to clear. If a deposit was needed to unlock the spins, that deposit must be wagered 5x. The maximum you can withdraw from free spin winnings is $100. Loyal players may receive an exception allowing a higher cap.
When to decline the bonus and play with your own money
A bonus is not always the right choice, and knowing when to skip it matters as much as knowing what it offers. Moi's deposit bonuses are available only to players who receive a promotional offer via a specific channel — email, SMS, phone or on-site message. If you have not received such an offer, the deposit bonus is not accessible by simply opting in at the cashier.
Once you accept a deposit bonus, every deposit you make is subject to a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal — even deposits that have nothing to do with the bonus. For sports bettors, only bets placed at odds of 1.50 or above count towards that 1x. Playing with your own money avoids those restrictions entirely, which may suit players who prefer live dealer games or table games, both of which contribute nothing to wagering.
What voids a bonus
- Building up value inside a game using bonus funds and then redeeming it after wagering requirements have expired — the bonus and associated winnings are confiscated in full.
- Placing a series of bets that produce guaranteed profits regardless of the outcome — the operator reserves the right to reclaim the bonus in these cases.
- Having more than one active bonus on the account at the same time — stacking is not permitted.
- Missing the 3-day wagering window — the bonus is removed once that period closes.
Good to know: a refund request on a deposit is considered only if made within the first 24 hours of the transaction. A 30-day window applies if someone else accessed the account. In either case, the operator may require certified identification before processing.
